Welcome
We’re excited to have you as part of the Allied Health Group family! My Allied Health is intended exclusively for the use of Allied Health Group providers. Designed to house many of our policies and procedures, our employee handbook, training materials and other documentation of interest; we see the site as a catalyst in assisting with communication, resource sharing and allowing you greater insight into the expectations, philosophies and values of the Allied Health Group. The site is structured in four main areas: Benefits, Forms, Policies & Procedures and Resources.
In the Benefits section provider employees can find information regarding the benefits offered by Allied Health Group. Benefits include: health & dental reimbursement and 401K plan. On this page you’ll also find links to carrier sites, forms and documents of interest.
In the Forms section you will find Engagement forms such as the I-9 and tax forms W-4 & W-9 as well our application, timesheets, direct deposit information and much more. You will also find the forms necessary to document safety and patient or client related incidents under the Occurrence Reporting tab.
Policies & Procedures house our provider Handbook and the Policy and Procedure manual. There are sign-off pages for the handbook, sexual harassment policy and the policy and procedure manual. You will be required to read the policies, print the sign-off forms, sign them and fax them back to your recruiter.
The Resources section contains an orientation segment that covers the elements of the AHG Orientation. There is a Training section which includes Infection control training and testing. You are required to go through the training and take the appropriate tests and fax them to your recruiter. Also in the Resource section you will find an area titled Cultural Competency. This section will provide articles of interest and training designed to increase your awareness and heighten your sensitivity to cultural and age related competency issues. We also have a section dedicated to increasing your understanding of the growing drug problem in America. This section, entitled Drug Free Workplace, has monthly articles intended to equip you with an understanding of your responsibilities and resources available to you to combat drug and related issues encroaching on the workplace.
We hope that you enjoy the site and allow it to make you a more informed, better equipped and higher quality healthcare provider.
